Beaver Lake Management District Property Owner Petition
The current 10-year term of the Beaver Lake Management District (BLMD) is expiring in 2026. The BLMD has existed since 1996. This property owner petition for the Beaver Lake Watershed is to demonstrate community interest in the renewal of the BLMD. Support for this petition will facilitate sending the renewal of another 10-year BLMD term for a public vote. Activities supported by the BLMD include regular water quality monitoring and invasive plant management. The appointed advisory board approves expenditures and oversees the performance of the work program. Petition closes on Feb. 18, 2026.
